This Weeks Deals, Envelope Liners!!

Hi!
Wow, it was a crazy busy week, I will come back to post some pictures for you!  But really quick I wanted to make sure you could see this weeks items that are on the Weekly Deals special sale.

At first glance, the Envelope Liners Framelits - ahh, they make things so pretty and they help us craft hoarders (of everything) to actually use up some of our beautiful designer series papers!!  The envelopes just make me smile when they are lined!  How about you?  Do you have it yet?  What ya' waiting for?

Grab one today in my online store!!
while you are there, check out the Clearance Rack and Year End Closeouts!!

Another favorite for this time of year is the Natural Cotton Ribbon, I love it as a gift wrapping option!  Check out the adorable box below which features it as the main sturdy ribbon with a few little pieces tied off to make it oh, so pretty!

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you let me know if I can be of help to you!

Thanks and have a great day!
Rhonda

Super Size Please

Howdy!

Well I headed over to Pinterest to see what's new and of course I was checking out the Hamburger Box Die and French Fry Box Die to see what else others were doing and sure enough, leave it up to Tanya (Stamping T, an Australian demo) to find a way to get more than just the obvious out of the die!

Here's my 1st attempt at the Super Size Hamburger Box ...  not too bad, this TAFFY DSP is so flippin' fun!  I love it!  And I paired with the 1-1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, together they scream "let's have a party!"

Can you see the little scallop edge on the green polka dot trim piece that covers the extra crease you get from extending the paper size.  That's one of our decorative blades for the Rotary Trimmer Attachment!

On my business facebook page I posted a teaser picture the other day and asked what their Go To Greeting set was ... and everyone said it screamed birthday, so I went with the You Make Me Happy from Banner Greetings!  I hope you like it!

and why stop at one, right?  I mean it's not like I am eating them!  Zero Calories!  Yum!

This second one uses Pumpkin Pie cardstock and the yummy yummy TAFFY DSP again, and our fabulous Gift Bow Bigz Die and then a fan favorite greeting from the Yippee Skippee stamp set!  And why not, it's a birthday, let's bling it out with Rhinestone Jewels!

Thanks!

Playtime continues!

Hi!
Today the play date continued (alone though, no Debbie) because I wasn't 100% happy with the Hamburger Box Die sample, so I thought I would just keep going and make some more!  Staying with page 17, here we go again!  Same supplies as the catalog shows, except I used the Silver Bakers Twine instead of Linen Thread and changed the colors of ink to coordinate with the boxes.  The tag comes on the HB die, and then I just used the Num-Num set in clear and ta-dah.  You could use a stamp-a-ma-jig if you want perfection because it is quite a tight fit but my 2nd try was close enough for me!

A couple of tips on the assembly of the box.  The corners have score lines to create mountain and valley folds that are then adhered to one of the inside walls of the box.  This time I just cut along one of the outer edge score lines (either edge just not the little center crease line) and folded and adhered the flap right to the edge of the box (like you would normally, to tuck an end flap in to create a box corner).  And for the little slits, just use your paper snips or paper piercer to 'open' them a bit wider and then the little tabs slide through much easier.

Stay tuned tomorrow for the coordinating French Fry Boxes!  Too cute, I really had fun with those!

Thanks,
Rhonda
