With this blog hop we are trying to raise awareness for Autism and to raise funds as well!  I think many of us are impacted by Autism whether directly within our own personal families or just one or two steps removed in the lives of our friends and families near to us!  For me, I have several great friends and moms that come to mind -( you know who you are )- that deal with this on a daily basis and they have absolutely lovely children that I am blessed to know.  Several of my girl friends are making careers in helping to grow, progress and enrich the lives of children fighting Autism every day.  I salute them with my whole heart!

This Weeks Deals, Envelope Liners!!

Wow, it was a crazy busy week, I will come back to post some pictures for you!  But really quick I wanted to make sure you could see this weeks items that are on the Weekly Deals special sale.

Can't Thank You Enough (for being in club!)

Happy Friday Everyone!

To finish off the week, here is the third card that they made at Club on Monday this week!  I just love this paper pack, how many times have I said that this week!  O M G ... I bet you are either inspired to use yours or you are hoping I move on to a new stack soon (yep, there's a new one waiting to be cracked open!!).

This was a CASE basically too other than the picture that I found online has no watermark on it, and it was awhile ago so I have no idea who to thank!  If it's yours, let me know.  I changed the paper to the Coastal Cabana prints and changed the colors and ribbons, but the card was so cute and again, my club gals loved the simplicity of it!!  It is very easy for them to duplicate at home too!

And last month and this month, I simplified from doing 4 projects back to only 3 (which is what I had originally started with) but I have added the Envelope Liners and they are all commenting that they are SO HAPPY because they want quick, cute and easy!  And I have to say that I am so tickled at how nice it is to have a pretty inside to the envelope!  It just says HELLO, I'm cute! 
Do you have the Envelope Liner Framelits yet?  Would you like a set of them?  Let me know, they are addicting and come in 3 sizes, and you can cut multiple sheets at once too!  Oh and you can make other fun little things with them too!  I have another little thing I can show you, just need to find it, take photos and upload them, maybe tomorrow!

Fresh Prints, Really!

Hello!

Here's another fun make-n-take project that my club gals made on Monday!  They meet once a month and I provide 3 make-n-takes for them for FREE ($10 value)!  It's a fun little break, they get some Q&A time, and help placing their club orders, & socialize a bit with each other.  It's structured as a drop in, come and go as you need - this way it can fit in with their day.

This card features my favorite FRESH PRINTS DSP Stack ... seriously LOVE every color combination possible with it!  And they just stamped the front layer of the white card and then the rest is quick work with a doily folded in half and some punched flower images layered up and topped off with a rhinestone (why are they retiring the big ones?) and some ribbon!  Gorgeous Grunge & Really Great Greetings, Crumb Cake, Baked Brown Sugar and Real Red.

We start in June, so holler at me and I'll get more details to you along with your FREE catalog too!  Club groups accommodate local and long distance, even out of state members so don't worry if you don't live next door!  I do make and mail the completed cards to the long distance gals since they don't have the option to attend in person.  I would love to hear from you!

Secret Stamper Card #3

Hi there!

So you like cute little monsters, you're back for more?  Well I am glad that you are liking them, I absolutely LOVE this stamp set!  It is so STINKIN' cute and it's fun to color in with too!  I did the super easy coloring in with our fabulous Stampin' Write Markers.  I also kept my colors to a minimum which also helped with keeping it quick and easy too!  You could easily fancy this up a step by stamping and coloring on our watercolor paper too and using an aqua painter!  I was going for the crisp white look to tie in with the In Color DSP (designer series paper) so that's another reason I used Whisper White for my image.

And here's the 3rd card of my Secret Stamper Exchange gift set:

The same basic supplies were used as the other two cards in the set.  This was my choice to have them coordinate.

16th Annual Holiday Exchange!

Hello there!

Each year, this year making it the 16th, I have hosted my December Team Meeting as a Holiday Dinner Out!  In the earlier years we always met at my house every month for our meetings so it was our once a year outing!  We are all busy and it is a nice way to treat ourselves to a nice dinner and a fun social night, where we still share stamping but in a non traditional meeting kind of way. We've always had an optional Secret Stamper Exchange as a part of our evening.  The exchange has varied over the years but in the end it's still always about sharing our stamping with one another.  I keep it easy so that everyone that wants to participate can.  We create 3 hand stamped cards & envelopes with only current SU! products and package them up cute, everyone that brings one goes home with one, and we do the White Elephant type of stealing to make it fun too.

I wanted to share the cards that I made for my Secret Stamper Exchange gift.
