Stamp Out Autism, Blog Hop #2

Hi!

Today I am participating in a 2nd Blog Hop with other fellow demonstrators to STAMP OUT AUTISM!

Whether you are beginning here or have popped over from Wendy's blog, I'm glad you're here!  Be sure to use the BUTTONS below to continue on the tour, we have 13 great projects and artists joining together today!  Bonus day, hop #2 so I did 2 projects today, let me know if you like them!

Polka Dot Gift Sacks & Celebrate Today come together with Painted Blooms DSP to create this darling little Birthday Ensemble!  Tuck a gift and the card inside and instant Tah-Dah!
I used our white Filter Paper and 4 Scallop Circle Punches to create the Flower (secured with a candy dot base) and then stamped the extra layers for tissue in the bag topper!
Created a coordinating card using the same elements, the flower is stamped cardstock to duplicate the tissue paper and die cut with the Flower Frenzy Bigz Die and a SAB button center!

With this blog hop we are trying to raise awareness for Autism and to raise funds as well!  I think many of us are impacted by Autism whether directly within our own personal families or just one or two steps removed in the lives of our friends and families near to us!  For me, I have several great friends and moms that come to mind -( you know who you are )- that deal with this on a daily basis and they have absolutely lovely children that I am blessed to know.  Several of my girl friends are making careers in helping to grow, progress and enrich the lives of children fighting Autism every day.  I salute them with my whole heart!

If you would like to Donate Directly to my
Autism Society page that would be awesome!

If you would like to Order Stampin' Up!
supplies via my Online Store.
I am donating my 20% income
for all orders placed through April 18th.

We are also sharing Autism Facts
as part of our awareness campaign too.

If one identical twin is diagnosed
with autism, the other twin has about 90%
chance of develop an autistic disorder.

Thanks for stopping by, please use the buttons below to continue through all of the stops on the blog hop!  Together we can make a difference in the lives of others.

Spring Fling, Cafe Treat Bag

Hi!

Have you created with our Petite Cafe Bags that were in the Holiday Mini that rolled over into the Occasions Mini?  They are wonderful and can be super easy and fast, but always adorable!

Here's one that we pulled together to show off several new products from both the Occasions Mini and the Sale-a-Bration brochure too!

The Petite Cafe Bag is the perfect size for lots of treats and small gifts.  The natural craft color base lends it to work easily with just about any color combination you want!

We used the NEW Chalkboard Paper with the Party Pennants Bigz Die and the Celebrate your Big Day SAB stamp set, the Artisan Kit, Wild Wasabi and Pink Pirouette Blendabilities ... along with Whisper White Craft ink and white embossing powder and a touch of Pear Pizzazz Cotton trim ribbon!

This is so much cuter in person!  So soft but just striking!

Have a fun day!

Give Thanks Banner!

Hello!

Today I want to share with you my Give Thanks banner!  I'm loving making banners, they are so cute and such a fun accomplishment when they are done!  And you can make them as simple as you like or it seems like you can just keep adding and adding and adding more little details!  Part of me that's a crafter at heart loves the simple fabric buntings that are so popular these days.  Last year I made some burplap wreaths and this year I added some burlap buntings to my home decor!

And how fitting to GIVE THANKS today - on Veteran's Day - thank you to all of our past and present service men and women that have fought for our freedoms and privileges and still fight to secure our safety for our future and that of our children and our country.  Sharing a picture from our SU! trip to Washington DC, from our evening Monuments by Moonlight bus tour ... so many favorites but this one really was striking, especially at night.

To be quick I will get right to the pictures because I'll probably be back in a bit with the new Weekly Deals - so come back to see what'll be on sale this week!

For this banner I decided it keep it a little bit simpler than the Halloween banner where I had a lot of fussy cutting and layering.  Instead on this one, I used the NEW Party Pennants Bigz die and the Fall DSP and then added in the letters with (oh my gosh I can't remember now ?) Champagne or Gold Glimmer Paper and the NEW Perfect Print Alphabet Bigz die.  I even fired up my little paper sewing machine!  I made it as two separate strands and then they link together at the clothespin and tie off into the bows on the ends.

A little bit closer up, I didn't add too much extra stuff to this one
And here are my Fall Harvest Pumpkins with the Curvy Keepsake Box thinlit die
Well there ya have it!  Thanks for stopping by and see ya later with the Weekly Deals and stop by and visit me on Facebook too to see what else is happening!

Hugs,
Rhonda
