Details of Door #2

Hi!
Well I decided to take some photos of the displays a little closer up.  Here's a quick post with a few extra pictures to help you see the details a little bit better!

Here they are on a little display shelf in my studio!

I have had so much fun playing with the French Fry Die since it debuted in the catalog in July ... you can make them for every occasion!  I've done soft and subtle with the Pistachio ones, vibrant and fun with the Birthday ones and now sweet and spooky with the Halloween ones!

and the CLEAR OVAL ACCENT to make the closure flap!

Happy Hump Day!  Hope you make it a great one!

Back to the Boxes!

Hi!
Today I will share the close ups of the boxes from my Bags & Boxes Vignette from INKstravaganza if you're still following along!  These were all made with the awesome new GIFT BOX PUNCH BOARD tool and the UNDER THE TREE Specialty DSP paper, and a variety of trims and ribbons for embellishments along with the GOLD SHIMMER PAPER!  Yum, yum, so much prettier in person (yes, I really do think so!).

These are addicting and should be attempted by everyone because they will make you feel good!  And then you have a reason to go shopping for special little somethings to stick inside!  Which will make others feel good, so there ya have it!  It feels good and you're spreading happiness all around!

I think this idea or inspiration came from Michelle L in the UK

one of my favorites, love the color combination and size

a larger version of the shape of the red For You box
close up of my tag
trying different sizes and tags

I think this was the largest but I cannot recall which measurements
Close up of this my tag for this one, new Note Tag punch and LOTS of trims!

Well there ya have the boxes, please enjoy!!

INKstravaganza, too sweet!

Hi and welcome back!
I hope you are enjoying all of the ideas I have been sharing from my event!  It was so much fun creating and stamping with a purpose that focused on the recipients!  It just feels good inside to know you are making others feel good too!  So I hope you take time to stamp something and just give it away, just to see the smile on someone else's face, Try it!

Today is kind of a quickie to make compared to the Owl Fry Boxes from yesterday, but here it goes!  It is actually the first treat item I made!  I knew I wanted to use taffy because it's one of my favorite treats.  Growing up in Michigan and visiting Mackinaw Island, everyone knows it's all about the fudge ... except not for this non-chocolate-loving little girl, I would always get the small little bag of taffy! It's Salt Water Taffy in one of our cute little SAB (Sale-a-Bration) treat bags!  And we have a cute little Candy Store in Chandler where you can go and pick pieces of certain things by flavor or color - PERFECT and of course you can see for yourself my color choices! ;)

I had some of our SAB Treat Bags on stock and they were just right for this.  I loved the size of the bag and that they were white polka dots (the dots went with my polka dot table runners!!)  Loved them enough to use them twice even!

The finished treat bag, Tag Talk stamp set & Natural Chevron Ribbon & Gold Shimmer Star

It was kind of fun to see them all lined up together
So fun to pick your own colors and yeah for yummy flavors!
And here's a close up of the tag for you!
