Celebrate with Lavender

Hi again!

Hope you are doing well and having a great week!  Today's inspiration features a New SALE-A-BRATION stamp set called Lots of Lavender and I've combined it with the Petal Pair textured impression embossing folder (TIEF for short!).  This stamp is so lovely and it's designed as a 2-step stamp with the outline detail image shown in black, and then a 2nd step bold image that you would stamp to color in the flower portion, also an image to stamp and color in the leaf portions, as well as the bow ... and a few other pieces in the image set.

However I wanted to introduce the NEW Stampin' Blends, our alcohol markers that have been brought back to life finally!  The colors come individually or in a color pack, with the light and dark!  So you can purchase them individually as needed if you use up a color, which I can see happening as you stamp and color tons of leaves, someday you might just need a new green!!

The focal image was colored and then fussy cut out the old fashioned way before the big shot and framelits and thinlit dies ... and layered on an oval of the dazzling diamonds glimmer paper, backed with an oval scallop of whisper white.  The Celebrate was also die cut from the NEW Level 2 SAB choice (free with $100 purchase) the Celebrate You Thinlits!!  Adhered with a bit of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Let me tell you the shimmer and dazzle on this card is spectacular!  Oh and I think I added some Wink of Stella over the flowers too - seems that Glitter Brush pen is always in my hand!

Let me know if you need anything, I would be happy to help you!

Special Delivery for you

Hello again!

I hope you are joining me for the third project featuring the little girl and her page of patterned paper from the Birthday Memories Suite of products.  If not, check my prior two posts to see additional samples I designed.

This was a fun one!  I had the idea as soon as I saw the page of DSP to do this.  In my prior post, I had oval cut the little girl out of the DSP, right out of the center of the oval of cupcakes!  To do this step, I actually die cut the girl first and then ran the dsp through the Big Shot again with a larger oval framelit that fit perfectly around the ring of cupcakes!
I used the Gift Bag Punch Board with the red dsp pattern to create a tall gift bag, and to top if off I added some of the adorable White PomPom trim.  Then I created a tag using the Lots of Labels framelits for the white background layer.  Ran it through the Big Shot with the Sparkle TIEF.  And even though it doesn't show too well, I used the Wink of Stella glitter pen on all of the sparkle cross marks!!  I popped up the oval of cupcakes with dimensionals.  I then used the Lots of Labels framelits again to create the greeting layer, off center to the right so that I could add the birthday present.  The little present is from the Birthday Delivery stamp set and die cut out with the coordinating framelit.  Colored in and yep, a coat or two of Wink of Stella!  I used the 1/8" Hand-held Punch to create a hole at the top of the tag to add on some Blushing Bride Stitched Satin ribbon and tied it off in a bow.  Everything is popped up with lots of dimensionals - this bag is really so, super cute and shiny in person!

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope you'll come back again to see what I have to share with you next!

Celebrating Your Day

Hi!

Thanks for stopping back by today as I share another one of my projects featuring the Birthday Memories Suite of products.

Now look how totally adorable she is when you see her from the front!  She reminds me of the Campbell soup little girl or something equally as cute!  She isn't scary at all!

I used the Large Polka Dot (retiring, get it now!) TIEF, along with some Real Red 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon (retiring, love the way this ribbon ties) and the same Layering Oval framelits and Stitched Shaped framelits.  The little girl was die cut out of the DSP patterned paper.  The greeting was stamped with Archival Basic Black ink and cut out with the Project Life Cards & Labels framelits (also retiring- another must have!).

So there ya go, you've seen her from the front and the back, featuring similar products but completely different looks!  Come back tomorrow to see another project to complete my trio for this part of the stamp set and dsp.

Have a great day!
Rhonda
