Wait for it ... are you ready?

Hi!
I know, I know ... where have I been?  What's up?

To briefly catch you up - I started a full time job in November working in a doctors office.  It has been a good thing for me to be back out in the working world, seeing lots of people every day and knowing that I am helping a dear friend start her new practice.  It has also been a big adjustment as I have been a "work when I want to" kind of gal/mom for the last 15 years since I quit the corporate world to stay home and raise our girls.

I allowed myself to direct my time to do what I needed to do for me --- to adjust to my new empty nest, to my health that I had been putting on the back burner, and to also evaluate the changes that SU! implemented that impact my team and my personal business.  I did slow down and have held our large group events and I will be picking up my personal class schedule again.  I hope to see and hear from you and to begin sharing again!

Fall Fest, Hello!

Hello again,

Continuing on with more of the projects from Fall Fest - if you've missed any, scroll back to check them out!  This card is so simple but yet it is really, really cute especially in person!  I don't know if it's carrying over how cute it is in the picture!  This is a side fold card and the front panel is cut short, and then a card from the MOMENTS LIKE THESE Project Life by Stampin' Up! card collection is layered for the background.  We used the new Greetings Thinlits for the Hello die cut and completed the panel with a little flag tag greeting and flower punch, added a new metal rimmed pearl to the center to finish it off!  The punched layers on the right are popped up and it serves as the mechanism to hold the card closed - the front panel tucks in under the flower!

Again, another adorable and relatively easy card, mostly punches and 1 stamped image!  Not much simpler than that folks!!

Fall Fest, Awesome Friend

Hello there!

Here we are with one of my favorite SIMPLE cards from our Fall Fest event.  It features a band from the MOMENTS LIKE THESE Project Life by Stampin' Up! card collection that is layered over some background stamping with the Awesomely Artistic stamp set.  Such a subtle simple color scheme but to me the card really pops and it's really pretty in person!

For this particular Fall Fest we featured FIVE stamp sets in total along with a variety of other items like the PLxSU card collection kit and a dsp stack sampler.  We try to use all of the items across all of the sets to really show how versatile and complimentary our product offering can be.

Fall Fest, You're Sublime

Hi!

So, what are you thinking of these adorable cards featuring the MOMENTS LIKE THESE Project Life by Stampin' Up! cards?  Do you want to give it a try?  Let me know if you would like more information about how you can get these card collections in your hot little hands!

This one combines the card on the background with the Everyday Chic Washi tape for an easy focal image!  Added the Hello Handsome greeting to make a quick card for any guy for any occasion!  Notice anything else?  The submarine windows are the new Perfect White Accents!  Just pop them off and place them on, they are ready to go with adhesive backing already in place!

Fall Fest, follow your heart!

Howdy!

Here we are with another one of the projects from Fall Fest that featured the MOMENTS LIKE THESE Project Life by Stampin' Up! card collection!  These were super fun and quick to make!  I think I have a new favorite go to method now for quick but adorable cards!

This card uses 2 cards from the collection, and we have just trimmed the red hearts pattern to fit above the black dotted card panel, combining two cards for a quick and great background for our adorable little trailer image from You're Sublime!  Again stamped on the Shimmery White and watercolored in our image and popped it up!

Fall Fest, Happiness

Hi!

I wanted to share with you some of the other projects that we made at our recent Fall Fest event.  One of the items that the guests received in their Goodie Bag was the MOMENTS LIKE THESE Project Life by Stampin' Up! card collection.  It was our intent to showcase these in a non memory keeping way that might appeal to card makers and stampers.  I love the color scheme from these cards, the Black and White just makes everything pop, no matter what you put with it!

 Here we used one of the cards as it comes and added it to a precut-scored Notecard and Envelope cards.  We added a touch of silver with the new Metallic Doilies and stamped some of the flowers and leaves from Birthday Blossoms on the Shimmery White cardstock.  Then we colored them in with the Classic Inks and Aqua Painter, punched or trimmed out by fussy-cutting!  Add a dimensional or two and tah-dah!  Lovely!!

Fall Fest Holiday Suite!

Hi!
Welcome back!  Thanks for popping in today, I appreciate it!  Today I have our cute little Basket Tote of Holiday goodness to share with you!  This packaging featured the Lots of Joy stamp set and the Merry Moments DSP, partnered with our Note Cards & Envelopes!  I was a bit worried about whether the Basket Tote would be enjoyed or not ... as not everyone likes 3D type projects -- but seriously it is so easy to put together, I was relieved to hear many say it was a favorite project of the day!  And one they'd repeat at home!!
