Family Weekend at Univ of Arizona

Hello!

Wanted to say hello from Tucson and share a few pictures from our Family Weekend at the University of Arizona!  Hope you don't mind if I throw in a little family adventure and updates once in awhile!

We drove down on Friday to attend the College of  Medicine, Physiology Department Honors Convocation Ceremony for the 2013-14 school year.  So proud of Nicole for working so hard on her coursework and her preparations for her future dream of Med School.  Currently in her Junior Year maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
Rachel and Nicole waiting for the ceremony to begin!
After the ceremony we stopped by the ADPi house and then went out to dinner before Dave and Rachel  headed back to Phoenix for Rachel to take the SAT's on Sat morning!  We've never YET had an entire family weekend with everyone spent in Tucson!  Always a little shuffle (or should I say shuttle) going on!
Rachel and Nicole, sporting the ADPi family weekend shirts outside of our hotel.
They are starting to look more alike and we get asked frequently if they are twins (don't think they look like twins tho)
On Saturday Nicole headed out for a run (7 miles, no thank you!) with a few of her sorority sisters that are all training to run a 1/2 marathon in December.  So I enjoyed a quiet morning watching my MSU Spartans!

We met back up with Dave and Rachel and headed out to explore Family Weekend Game Day on campus!
All of us at the ADPi house, family pic before we head out to wander around campus!
"WC"  Wildcat pose at Old Main!
Wait, let's take a selfie before we climb the bazillion ramps into the stadium!
Nicole wasn't with us because she was with Sean headed to the Zona Zoo!
Rachel headed down to ZonaZoo and got to watch the game with Sean, Nicole, Page (Nicole's little)
Dave and I, enjoyed the game from our seats

It would have been perfect night IF we had won the game, but UofA had so many chances and in the end just came up a bit short to clinching the "W".  Off to the hotel and then brunch in the morning and we were headed back home.  Nicole is preparing for her MCAT exam this semester so she has a full afternoon on Sunday's with her course and Exec Board meetings.  It was a great weekend!

Thanks for having us Nicole!
Hugs
Mom
